dc.descriptionThis study determined the impact of public service quality on the Child Development Centers (CDI) of the Mocache canton, analyzing both the administrative management of these centers and the perception of the services provided. For this purpose, a mixed methodology was applied, combining quantitative and qualitative approaches. In the quantitative phase, surveys were conducted with users of the Child Development Centers to assess their satisfaction with the services received. In the qualitative phase, in-depth interviews were conducted with technicians from the Ministry of Economic and Social Inclusion (MIES) and officials from the Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Mocache canton (GADMM), whose experiences and perspectives enriched the detail of the study.
dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio determinó el impacto de la calidad del servicio público en los Centros de Desarrollo Infantil (CDI) del cantón Mocache, analizando tanto la gestión administrativa de estos centros, como la percepción de los servicios prestados. Para este propósito, se aplicó una metodología mixta que combinó enfoques cuantitativos y cualitativos. En la fase cuantitativa, se llevó a cabo encuestas a los usuarios de los Centros de Desarrollo Infantil para conocer su satisfacción con los servicios recibidos.
