| dc.description | The methods used to evaluate the performance of workers are as old as the employment relationship of dependence, but over time they have been improved according to the needs of employers. The metal-mechanical company Taller Industrial Tinoco has trained personnel, but they are evaluated empirically, which poses a long-term risk due to the lack of precision in this analysis.
