| dc.description | The objective of this research was to improve pig production through the use of bovine blood meal, with the aim of obtaining better performance in terms of the growth of these animals. In pig production, the use of bovine blood meal is poorly used as a source of protein for the formulation of feed diets for pigs. Which blood meal has a high nutritional value, especially protein (75-85%), so it has a high digestibility coefficient (99%), compared to fish meal (96-97%), with flesh and bones. For this, a completely randomized block design was used with 4 treatments (T1. Control 0%, T2. blood meal 5%, T3. blood meal 10%, T4. blood meal 15%) and 4 repetitions. For its evaluation, an analysis of variance was carried out and the Tukey test was used (P≤0.05) to compare the means of treatments. | |
| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de esta investigación fue mejorar la producción porcina mediante el uso de harina de sangre bovina, con el fin de obtener un mejor rendimiento en términos del crecimiento de estos animales. En la producción porcina, el uso de harina de sangre bovina se utiliza poco como fuente de proteína para la formulación de dietas alimenticias para cerdos. La harina de sangre tiene un alto valor nutricional, especialmente en proteínas (75-85%), por lo que tiene un alto coeficiente de digestibilidad (99%), en comparación con la harina de pescado (96-97%), con carne y huesos. Para esto, se utilizó un diseño de bloques completamente al azar con 4 tratamientos (T1. Control 0%, T2. harina de sangre 5%, T3. harina de sangre 10%, T4. harina de sangre 15%) y 4 repeticiones. Para su evaluación, se realizó un análisis de varianza y se utilizó la prueba de Tukey (P≤0.05) para comparar las medias de los tratamientos. | |
