dc.description	The objective of this research was to evaluate the impact of operational management on the quality of services of the Golden Age Project of the Social Development Management Department of the Los Ríos provincial GAD, year 2021. The theoretical framework was carried out based on conceptual foundation, theoretical and legal of the research carried out. The inductive, deductive, historical-logical and descriptive methods were applied, the main deficiencies in the operational management and the satisfaction of the beneficiaries of the Golden Era project were identified. For this purpose, a survey was applied to the technical-operative personnel and the beneficiaries. of the project in order to contrast both perceptions. The results obtained reflected the main deficiencies in the operational management where the necessary resources are available, however there is a high degree of ignorance of the activities and they are left pending, such as the lack of preparation of monthly reports, as well as internal control. There is a high degree of satisfaction on the part of the beneficiaries, therefore they are active participants. Since most of them receive good treatment, the collaborators meet their needs with quality project services. In conclusion, it is considered that the continuous improvement of operational management is of vital importance, as it is a determining factor in the quality of the services of the aforementioned social project
dc.description.abstract	La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo evaluar la incidencia de la gestión operativa en la calidad de los servicios del Proyecto Época Dorada del Departamento Gestión de Desarrollo Social del GAD provincial de Los Ríos, año 2021. Se realizó el marco teórico en base a fundamentación conceptual, teórica y legal de la investigación realizada. Se aplicaron los métodos inductivo, deductivo, histórico-lógico y descriptivo, se identificó las principales deficiencias en la gestión operativa y la satisfacción de los beneficiarios del proyecto Época de Oro. para tal efecto se aplicó una encuesta al personal técnico-operativo y a los beneficiarios del proyecto con la finalidad de contrastar ambas percepciones. Los resultados obtenidos reflejaron las principales deficiencias en la gestión operativa donde se cuenta con los recursos necesarios sin embargo existe un alto grado dedesconocimiento de las actividades y se dejan pendientes como, carencia de la elaboración de informes mensuales, así como de control interno. Existe un alto grado desatisfacción por parte de los beneficiarios por tanto son participes activos. ya que en su mayoría reciben buen trato, los colaboradores atienden sus necesidades con calidad los servicios del proyecto. Como conclusión se considera que es de vital importancia el mejoramiento continuo de la gestión operativa al ser un factor determinante en la calidad de los servicios del mencionado proyecto social
