Abstract
El tipo de alimento y los ingredientes en la dieta representan factores de vital importancia en el aporte de energía necesaria para la adecuada digestión y absorción de nutrientes y así alcanzar óptimo desarrollo. La presente investigación se llevó a cabo en el Laboratorio de Acuicultura, de la Facultad de Ciencias Pecuarias y Biológicas, del Campus “La María” de la UTEQ, con finalidad de evaluar la respuesta histológica hepatopancreática y enzimas digestivas en preadultos de langosta de agua dulce (Cherax quadricarinatus) con inclusión de harina de Lemna minor en dieta. Se utilizo un diseño completamente al azar (DCA) el cual constaba de 6 niveles de inclusión de harina de Lemna minor en dieta (T0.0%-Control, T1. 4%, T2. 8%, T3 12%, T4 16%, T5 20%) con 3 repeticiones (acuarios plásticos), con 20 especímenes como unidad experimental por repetición durante un periodo de crianza de 8 semanas.

The type of food and the ingredients in the diet represent factors of vital importance in the provision of energy necessary for adequate digestion and absorption of nutrients and thus achieve optimal development. The present research was carried out in the Aquaculture Laboratory, of the Faculty of Livestock and Biological Sciences, of the “La María” Campus of the UTEQ, with the purpose of evaluating the hepatopancreatic histological response and digestive enzymes in pre-adult freshwater lobster. (Cherax quadricarinatus) with inclusion of Lemna minor flour in the diet. A completely randomized design (DCA) was used, which consisted of 6 levels of inclusion of Lemna minor flour in the diet (T0.0%-Control, T1. 4%, T2. 8%, T3 12%, T4 16% , T5 20%) with 3 repetitions (plastic aquariums), with 20 specimens as experimental unit per repetition during a breeding period of 8 weeks
