| dc.description | The companies at the present time should face an arduous competition, the same one that daily is more demanding. The processes globalizadores make that who direct companies they should get ready to the maximum in order to be to the vanguard of the changes that you/they are given, I marry contrary the companies spread to disappear. The editorial market at the moment has suffered drastic changes that affect and they influence significantly in the administrative processes - operative of the editorial companies and in its profitability. The government disposition of giving texts in a gratuitous way in the four basic areas of the education (Mathematics, Language, Natural Sciences and Social Studies) it is one of the causes of this changes. Mayan Editions Co. Ltda., it has also been affected by these changes, since their current organizational structure is not in agreement to the new demands of the editorial market, its operative process is also affected the same as its profitability. In this sense the company Mayan Editions Co. Ltda., it is forced to restate their administrative administration as well as the operative processes that allow him to be more competitive, maintaining a high positioning and for ende to improve their profitability. The investigation allowed to identify the problem that presents the company Mayan Editions in its Administrative Administration - Operative internally and externally, remarking each one of the opposing negative aspects for its later analysis and this way to outline solutions that allow to correct the detected falencias. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Las empresas en la actualidad deben enfrentar una ardua competencia, la misma que diariamente es más exigente. Los procesos globalizadores hacen que quienes dirigen empresas deban prepararse al máximo a fin de estar a la vanguardia de los cambios que se den, caso contrario las empresas tienden a desaparecer. El mercado editorial actualmente ha sufrido cambios drásticos que afectan e influyen significativamente en los procesos administrativos - operativos de las empresas editoriales y en su rentabilidad. La disposición gubernamental de entregar textos de forma gratuita en las cuatro áreas básicas de la educación (Matemática, Lenguaje, Ciencias Naturales y Estudios Sociales) es una de las causas de dichos cambios. Maya Ediciones Cía. Ltda., también se ha visto afectada por estos cambios, ya que su actual estructura organizacional no está acorde a las nuevas exigencias del mercado editorial, además su proceso operativo se ve afectado al igual que su rentabilidad. En este sentido la empresa Maya Ediciones Cía. Ltda., se ve obligada a replantear su gestión administrativa como también los procesos operativos, que le permitan ser más competitivos, manteniendo un alto posicionamiento y por ende mejorar su rentabilidad. La investigación permitió identificar la problemática que presenta la empresa Maya Ediciones en su Gestión Administrativa - Operativa internamente y externamente, puntualizando cada uno de los aspectos negativos encontrados para su posterior análisis y de esta forma plantear soluciones que permitan corregir las falencias detectadas. | es_ES |
