Abstract
El objetivo del proyecto de investigación es contar con estudios previos para implementar una red profesional de bolsa de empleo en la Universidad Técnica Estatal de Quevedo para facilitar la búsqueda de trabajo de los alumnos y egresados, así como fomentar la interacción con empresas interesadas en contratar personal. La falta de comunicación ha dificultado que las organizaciones ofrezcan oportunidades laborales acordes con el perfil profesional de los estudiantes y egresados, afectando negativamente sus expectativas de empleo.
Description
The aim of this research project is to have previous studies to implement a professional job network at the Universidad Técnica Estatal de Quevedo to facilitate job searching for active students and graduates, as well as to encourage interaction with companies interested in hiring personnel. The lack of communication has made it difficult for organizations to offer job opportunities that match the professional profile of students and graduates, negatively affecting their job expectations.
