Abstract
La empresa Agrícola Comercial Agriborinquen Cía. Ltda., nace de la idea de constituirse en un negocio familiar reconocido, cuya finalidad principal es el embotellamiento de agua natural y a su vez distribuirla en el sector de la Parroquia El Rosario y sus zonas aledañas. Uno de los objetivos principales es la distribución y comercialización de agua natural con estándares de calidad para el consumo humano, esta investigación permitió evaluar la incidencia del control interno de procesos operativos en la efectividad financiera de la empresa antes mencionada durante el año 2017, uno de los factores importantes que fundamentan este estudio es controlar los procesos inherentes a la actividad operativa de la empresa así como también medir el cumplimiento de efectividad financiera para la toma de decisiones, los componentes que permiten distinguir las estructura organizacional de la empresa tanto en la parte estratégica como en la distribución administrativa, operativa y financiera fueron trabajados mediante calificación generada por los responsables del estudio permitiendo exponer el informe de la problemática estudiadas, basados en estos fundamentos se extienden sugerencias importantes en el manejo operativo y financiero. Una variable importante que se incorpora en este estudio es la aplicabilidad de ratios financieros que permiten tomar decisiones importantes tanto en la liquidez, rentabilidad, gestión administrativa, entre otros.

The company Agrícola Comercial Agriborinquen Cía. Ltda., Born from the idea of becoming a recognized family business, whose main purpose is the bottling of natural water and, in turn, distribute it in the sector of the Parish El Rosario and its surrounding areas. One of the main objectives is the distribution and commercialization of natural water with quality standards for human consumption, this research is the financial influence of the internal control of the operational processes on the financial effectiveness of the aforementioned company during the year 2017, one of the important factors that underlie this study is to control the processes inherent to the operational activity of the company as well as compliance with financial legislation for decision making, the components that distinguish the organizational structures of the company in the strategic part as in the administrative, operational and financial distribution was worked by the qualification generated by those responsible for the study that allows to expose the report of the problem studied, is in these fundamentals are important is important in operational and financial management. An important variable that is incorporated in this study is the application of financial ratios that allow making important decisions in liquidity, profitability, administrative management, among others.
