Abstract
El presente proyecto se realizó en la Finca Bananera “Gabriela Fernanda #1”, con la finalidad de obtener mejoras en el área de producción aplicando herramientas de la ingeniería industrial en la realización del análisis, diagnóstico de la problemática y propuesta para mejorar la eficiencia de los recursos y así aumentar la productividad en el área de empaque del banano. Se aplicaron los conceptos claves de “Lean Manufacturing” para el diseño de la propuesta, los aspectos claves de esta metodología son la efectividad, eficiencia e innovación, en la cual está basada la realización de este proyecto, entre ellos también está un principio que es la mejora continua la cual es una de las herramientas que se usara para este proyecto el cual está enfocado en mejorar el sistema de producción del proceso de empacado de la finca.
Description
This project was carried out in the Banana Farm "Gabriela Fernanda #1", with the purpose of obtaining improvements in the production area by applying industrial engineering tools in carrying out the analysis, diagnosis of the problem and proposal to improve the efficiency of resources and thus increase productivity in the banana packing area. The key concepts of "Lean Manufacturing" were applied for the design of the proposal, the key aspects of this methodology are effectiveness, efficiency and innovation, on which the realization of this project is based, among them is also a principle that is continuous improvement which is one of the tools that will be used for this project which is focused on improving the production system of the packing process of the farm.
