| dc.description | The present research work was based on developing a proposal for a preventive maintenance plan in the company TECNIAGRO located in the parish of San Camilo via San Carlos - Babahoyo, diagonal to the prefecture of Los Ríos, in order to carry out a preventive maintenance plan which was supported by the AMFE methodology (modal analysis of failures and effects). The criticality analysis method was applied, all the machines in the production area were analyzed, in order to determine which machines are in a critical and critical medium situation that may affect production times and product quality. | |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación se basó en desarrollar una propuesta de un plan de mantenimiento preventivo en la empresa TECNIAGRO ubicada en la parroquia San Camilo vía San Carlos - Babahoyo, diagonal a la prefectura de Los Ríos, con el fin de realizar un plan de mantenimiento preventivo el mismo que estuvo apoyado en la metodología AMFE (análisis modal de fallos y efectos). Se aplicó el método de análisis de criticidad, se analizaron todas las máquinas del área de producción, con la finalidad de determinar que maquinas se encuentran en situación crítica y media critica las mismas que puedan afectar los tiempos de producción y en la calidad del producto. | |
