Abstract
En la empresa El Engranaje se realizó una investigación para mejorar la producción mediante la redistribución en planta. Se establecieron objetivos para redistribuir las áreas en línea con la producción de la empresa y se elaboró un diagrama de flujo y recorrido para identificar los equipos, máquinas, operarios y materiales involucrados en la fabricación de la puertas, portones y poleas.
Description
In the company El Engranaje, an investigation was carried out to improve production through redistribution in the plant. Objectives were established to redistribute the areas in line with the company's production and a flow and route diagram was prepared to identify the equipment, machines, operators and materials involved in the manufacture of doors, gates and pulleys.
