| dc.description | As a biotechnological alternative, the use of rhizobacteria is proposed for the stabilization of seedlings under biotic and abiotic stress. The objective of the research is to determine the efficiency of rhizobacteria in Theobroma cacao CCN-51 seedlings under stress conditions. Within the research, a completely randomized design (DCA) was used and the response of five rhizobacteria was evaluated: Serratia Marcescens (PM 3-8), Acinetobacter calcoaceticus (BMR 2-12), Pseudomona putida (PB 3-6), Enterobacter asburiae (PM 3-14) and Pseudomona protegens (CHA0) under biotic and abiotic stress. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Como alternativa biotecnológica se propone el empleo de rizobacterias para la estabilización de plántulas bajo estrés biótico y abiótico. El objetivo de la investigación es determinar la eficiencia de las rizobacterias en plántulas de Theobroma cacao CCN-51 bajo condiciones de estrés. Dentro de la investigación se empleó el diseño completamente al azar (DCA) se evaluó la respuesta de cinco rizobacterias: Serratia marcescens (PM 3-8), Acinetobacter calcoaceticus (BMR 2-12), Pseudomona putida (PB 3-6), Enterobacter asburiae (PM 3-14) y Pseudomona protegens (CHA0) bajo estrés biótico y abiótico. | |
