| dc.description | Nowadays, management has a very important aspect in the business environment, its importance is reflected in having an adequate tool, which contributes to maintaining adequate control over administrative, financial and other operations. The objective of this study is "To develop a management audit that allows the identification of its impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of operations to the sales department of the Ferromax Company Quevedo branch, year 2023". Through an exhaustive analysis of the processes, procedures and results obtained by the department, those control procedures were reviewed in relation to the components of the COSO, the questions of the questionnaires were applied seeking to identify strengths, weaknesses and areas of opportunity which through the results and recommendations the company optimizes the performance of the sales area. The management audit made it possible to evaluate the effectiveness of the sales strategies implemented, the quality of customer service and the fulfillment of the objectives established for the department. The results of this research provided a solid basis for strategic decision-making and allowed the implementation of corrective actions that contribute to improving the operability, performance and competitiveness of Ferromax Quevedo in the market. | |
| dc.description.abstract | En la actualidad, la gestión tiene un aspecto muy importante en el ámbito empresarial, su trascendencia se refleja en contar con una adecuada herramienta, que aporte a mantener un control adecuado sobre las operaciones administrativas, financieras y de otra índole. El presente estudio tiene como objetivo “Desarrollar una auditoria de gestión que permita identificar su incidencia en la eficiencia y eficacia de las operaciones al departamento de ventas de la Empresa Ferromax sucursal Quevedo, año 2023”. A través de un análisis exhaustivo de los procesos, procedimientos y resultados obtenidos por el departamento, se revisó aquellos procedimientos de control en relación con los componentes del COSO, se aplicó las preguntas de los cuestionarios buscando identificar fortalezas, debilidades y áreas de oportunidad lo cual mediante los resultados y las recomendaciones la empresa optimice el desempeño del área de ventas. La auditoría de gestión permitió evaluar la efectividad de las estrategias de ventas implementadas, la calidad de la atención al cliente y el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos al departamento. Los resultados de esta investigación proporcionaron una base sólida para la toma de decisiones estratégicas y permitieron implementar acciones correctivas que contribuyan a mejorar la operatividad, el desempeño y la competitividad de Ferromax Quevedo en el mercado. | |
