Abstract
Con el propósito de mejorar la eficiencia y prolongar la vida útil de las máquinas en el área de producción de Lácteos Serranito, se presenta en este trabajo una propuesta de un plan de mantenimiento preventivo mediante el uso del MP. software, un GMAO (Sistema de Gestión de Mantenimiento Asistido por Computadora). La empresa se ubica en la provincia de Pichincha, en el cantón Mejía, para dar inicio al plan de mantenimiento preventivo, se realizó un inventario completo de las máquinas en uso, incluyendo su estado operativo y una codificación única para cada una de ellas, lo que facilitará su identificación.
Description
With the purpose of improving the efficiency and prolonging the useful life of the machines in the production area of Lácteos Serranito, a proposal for a preventive maintenance plan is presented in this work through the use of Mp software, a CMMS (Management System Computer Aided Maintenance). The company is located in the province of Pichincha, in the Mejía canton, to start the preventive maintenance plan, a complete inventory of the machines in use will be carried out, including their operational status and a unique coding for each of them, which that will facilitate its identification.
