| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación es del análisis del desarrollo del proceso administrativo y financiero del Gobierno Municipal Autónomo San Jacinto de Buena Fe, ubicado en la zona céntrica del cantón Buena Fe, como herramienta necesaria para planificar, organizar y controlar todos los aspectos administrativos en beneficio a los habitantes de la ciudad. El principal objetivo de esta investigación fue evaluar si el Gobierno Autónomo Municipal San Jacinto de Buena Fe, de la provincia de Los Ríos contaba con herramientas administrativas necesarias para su desarrollo y fortalecimiento, y así mismo conocer el impacto financiero que una adecuada administración generaría dentro del contexto social y laboral, a través de la creación de un Manual de Control Interno. Es importante para los dependientes y funcionarios administrativos del Gobierno Municipal del cantón San Jacinto de Buena Fe, conocer herramientas de fácil utilización que le permitan un desarrollo integral sustentable y sostenible a través del tiempo. La información se obtuvo a través de encuestas y entrevistas al Sr Alcalde, Jefes departamentales, y personal administrativo en base a un cuestionario estructurado, que permitieron llegar al objetivo deseado. Se determinó las fortalezas, oportunidades, amenazas y debilidades que posee la administración actual del Gobierno Autónomo Municipal del cantón San Jacinto de Buena Fe y de esta manera, se planteó un diseño organizacional administrativo que permitirá un desarrollo adecuado, favoreciendo a la municipalidad en estudio un flujo económico en mejor posición coadyuvando a la satisfacción de sus habitantes. | es_ES |
