| dc.description | In a metal-inox workshop located in the city of Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas in which the 5 S methodology was applied and to determine the problems in the production processes of the workshop due to a poor distribution of the plant, which causes delays in the deliveries of products, there are also workers' disagreements due to poor organization in the storage of raw materials found in the work area, the workshop machinery is in inappropriate places. This is why the poor distribution of the workshop causes loss of time, difficulty in moving materials and consequently the discomfort of the operators. | |
| dc.description.abstract | En taller metal-inox ubicado en la ciudad de Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas en el cual se aplicó la metodología 5 S y determinar los problemas en los procesos de producción del taller por una mala distribución de planta, lo cual causa retrasos en las entregas de productos, también existen inconformidades de los trabajadores por la mala organización en el almacenamiento de la materia prima que se encuentra en el área de trabajo, la maquinaria del taller se encuentra en lugares inapropiados. Es por esto que la mala distribución del taller provoca pérdidas de tiempo, dificultad al movilizar los materiales y a consiguiente el malestar de los operarios. | |
