Abstract
Este proyecto se desarrolló en la empresa Cosmo Belleza S.A, importadora de productos para la belleza en la cual se analizó la situación actual mediante el uso de check list con la finalidad de mejorar la gestión logística y de almacenamiento, a través de una propuesta de aplicación de la metodología 5S, para optimizar los recursos y mejorar el ambiente laboral de los trabajadores.
Mediante la identificación de puntos críticos en el departamento de logística se priorizó los problemas más frecuentes con ayuda de los diagramas de Ishikawa y Pareto se analizó la frecuencia de los problemas, que interfieren con las actividades del proceso y se consideró que los problemas que más repercuten en el área de trabajo son: Falta de orden y limpieza en el área, la gestión incorrecta de productos caducados, distribución inadecuada de almacén, herramientas sin clasificar, y acumulación excesiva de productos.
Description
This project was developed at Cosmo Belleza S.A, a beauty product importer, in which the current situation was analyzed using checklists with the aim of improving logistic and storage management, through the proposal of applying the 5S methodology to optimize resources and improve the work environment for employees.
By identifying critical points in the logistics department, the most frequent problems were prioritized with the help of Ishikawa and Pareto diagrams. The frequency of problems that interfere with the process activities was analyzed, and it was considered that the problems that have the most impact on the work area are: lack of order and cleanliness in the area, incorrect management of expired products, inadequate warehouse distribution, unclassified tools, and excessive accumulation of products.
