| dc.description | The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of the inclusion of Lemna minor flour on the bioproductive parameters in preadults of Cherax quadricarinatus. The research lasted 8 weeks, five levels of Leman minor flour and a control 0 – 4, 8, 12, 16 and 20% were used. A DCA was applied for six treatments with three repetitions with a density of 10 preadults/repetition. The results of the growth parameters did not show significant differences between the treatments. Obtaining very similar values between the control treatment (T0) and the treatments with inclusion of Lemna minor flour (T1, T2, T3, T4 and T5). In PF at T0 with 25,376 g, followed by T5 with 25,069 g. in the TF section to T5 with 10,365 cm and T0 with 10,292 cm. For the FC, T2 with 2,383 and T4 with 2,350. The variable TCA and TCR resulted as follows: for T0 with 0.176 g and 63.716% respectively and T5 with 0.170 g and 61.306% respectively. The GP and GT the T0 with 9,877 g and 1,806 cm, followed by the T5 with 9,529 g and 1,595 cm. In variable S there were significant differences, obtaining T0 with 93.333% and T4 with 83.333%. In the variable CA and EA, T2 resulted with the most favorable values of 1.503 and 0.669 respectively. The results regarding the economic feasibility variable showed T5 with the lowest cost for the production of balanced diets. It was concluded that Lemna minor flour can be included in the diet for pre-adults of Cherax quadricarinatus and obtain the same results as a commercial diet. | |
| dc.description.abstract | El objetivo de este estudio fue evaluar el efecto de la inclusión de harina de Lemna minor sobre los parámetros bioproductivos en preadultos de Cherax quadricarinatus. La investigación duró 8 semanas, se emplearon cinco niveles de harina de Leman minor y aun control 0 – 4, 8, 12, 16 y 20%. Se aplico un DCA, para seis tratamientos con tres repeticiones con densidad de 10 preadultos/repetición. Los resultados de los parámetros de crecimiento no mostraron diferencias significativas entre los tratamientos. Obteniendo valores entre el tratamiento control (T0) y los tratamientos con inclusión de harina de Lemna minor (T1, T2, T3, T4 y T5) muy similares. En PF al T0 con 25.376 g, seguidamente el T5 con 25.069 g. en el apartado de TF al T5 con 10.365 cm y al T0 con 10.292 cm. Para el FC el T2 con 2.383 y el T4 con 2.350. La variable TCA y TCR resulto de la siguiente manera: para el T0 con 0.176 g y 63.716 % respectivamente y el T5 con 0.170 g y 61.306 % respectivamente.
