| dc.description | The black weevil (Cosmopolites sordidus) is a serious pest of banana crops. Its resistance to chemical insecticides has highlighted the need for control alternatives. An alternative for the control of C. sordidus is the use of the entomopathogenic fungus Beauveria bassiana, which has a broad spectrum of action. The objective of this research was to determine the biopesticide capacity of Beauveria bassiana strains in the colonization of Cosmopolites sordidus in vitro. | |
