Abstract
La gestión administrativa y el desempeño laboral son pilares fundamentales en el éxito de las instituciones educativas. En este estudio, se evalúa el impacto de la gestión administrativa en el desempeño laboral del personal docente, administrativo y de apoyo de la Unidad Educativa Eloy Alfaro durante el año 2023. Se empleó un enfoque metodológico mixto, abarcando tanto técnicas cuantitativas como cualitativas. Se recopilaron datos mediante encuestas, entrevistas y revisión de documentos. El análisis de datos incluyó estadística descriptiva y análisis temático. Los hallazgos revelan una relación positiva entre la gestión administrativa efectiva y el desempeño laboral óptimo del personal. Se identificaron parámetros clave para medir el desempeño laboral en la gestión administrativa, incluyendo la planificación, organización, dirección y control. Se analizaron los factores que influyen en el desempeño laboral, tales como el liderazgo, la comunicación, el trabajo en equipo y la motivación. La gestión administrativa eficiente impacta positivamente en el desempeño laboral del personal de la Unidad Educativa Eloy Alfaro. Se recomienda implementar acciones estratégicas para fortalecer la gestión administrativa, enfocándose en los parámetros y factores identificados. Estas acciones contribuirán a optimizar el desempeño laboral del personal y, por ende, al éxito integral de la institución
Description
Administrative management and work performance are fundamental pillars in the success of educational institutions. In this study, the impact of administrative management on the work performance of the teaching, administrative and support staff of the Eloy Alfaro Educational Unit is evaluated during the year 2023. A mixed methodological approach was used, covering both quantitative and qualitative techniques. Data was collected through surveys, interviews, and document review. Data analysis included descriptive statistics and thematic analysis. The findings reveal a positive relationship between effective administrative management and optimal job performance of staff. Key parameters were identified to measure job performance in administrative management, including planning, organization, direction and control. The factors that influence job performance were analyzed, such as leadership, communication, teamwork and motivation. Efficient administrative management positively impacts the work performance of the staff of the Eloy Alfaro Educational Unit. It is recommended to implement strategic actions to strengthen administrative management, focusing on the identified parameters and factors. These actions will contribute to optimizing the work performance of the staff and, therefore, to the overall success of the institution
