| dc.description | The objective of this research is to design a master production plan based on the evaluation of the process of obtaining sugar cane liquor in the company sabores de mi tierra in the Pangua canton. Therefore, to begin the development of the implementation, the wine production process of the company was diagnosed through diagrams and additionally the production indicators were determined. | dc.description.abstract | La presente es una investigación tiene por objetivo diseñar un plan maestro de producción a partir de la evaluación del proceso de la obtención del licor de caña de azúcar en la empresa sabores de mi tierra del cantón Pangua, Por lo tanto, para dar inicio al desarrollo de la implementación, se diagnosticó mediante diagramas el proceso de producción de vino de la empresa y adicionalmente se determinaron los indicadores de producción. Se concluyó que la mayor parte de los encuestados consume algún tipo de bebida alcohólica todos los meses; la calidad, el sabor y el precio son los principales factores que influyen a la hora de comprar el licor de caña de azúcar en su presentación en botella de vidrio. | |
