| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación se realizó en el Centro Comercial “Su Economía” situado en el Cantón Valencia - Provincia de Los Ríos, tuvo como objetivo principal diseñar un sistema que permita el control del inventario y la organización de las bodegas de producto, con el fin de mejorar la gestión de los productos que se almacenan en las bodegas del centro comercial. En el Centro Comercial “Su Economía”, como empresa dedicada a la compra y venta de productos de consumo masivo, se realizó una encuesta al personal administrativo, para evaluar la situación actual del abastecimiento de producto que permita identificar los principales problemas que afectan la gestión de inventarios. | |
