Identifying the incidence of customer service in the development of the company, considering that proper management and a successful organization are instigating success in business, concern arose to describe the administrative process to know the importance of it as a strategic tool that must be considered by the institution, to achieve high levels of profitability and above all improve their service and commercial participation. We conclude that you must use the strategic plan of the company in order that this allows us to detect errors present in order to take the necessary corrective measures that would benefit the institution so that resources are optimized. dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto de investigación tiene como objetivo principal conocer ―GESTIÓN ADMINISTRATIVA Y SU INCIDENCIA EN EL SERVICIO AL CLIENTE EN LA EMPRESA ALMAQUINT S.A. SECCIÓN HOTELERÍA, CANTÒN QUEVEDO, AÑO 2014‖. Para el desarrollo del título ya citado, se tomó en consideración el programa de organización que mantiene la empresa, y su incidencia en el desarrollo económico, que influyen sobre la eficiencia del servicio que ofrece la empresa, con el fin de determinar la importancia de la gestión administrativa en la calidad del servicio a los usuarios y así mantener su posicionamiento. Identificando la incidencia del servicio al cliente en el desarrollo de la empresa, considerando que una adecuada administración y una organización acertada son las impulsadoras del éxito en las empresas, surgió la inquietud de describir los procesos administrativos para conocer la importancia de la misma como herramienta estratégica que debe ser considerada por la institución, para alcanzar altos grados de rentabilidad y sobre todo mejorar su servicio y participación comercial. Se concluye que se debe utilizar el plan estratégico de la empresa con la finalidad de que este nos permita detectar errores presentes para así poder tomar los correctivos necesarios que beneficiaran a la institución de manera que se optimicen los recursos. Se recomienda a la empresa fomentar la comunicación con todo el personal ya que son ellos quienes guiaran hacia el éxito para de esta manera….es_ES
