| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación tiene como propósito analizar la Gestión del Talento Humano y su incidencia en la atención al cliente de Almacenes “La Ganga” del Cantón El Empalme; una buena atención hacia el cliente, por parte del equipo de emprendedores, sean estos: gerente, supervisor de ventas, y vendedores, deben poseer una visión amplia así como conocimientos proactivos, todo esto con una dosis de educación de valores, e instrucciones previos del manejo de la economía popular, así como el don de preparaciones lo que ayuda mucho a mejorar las ventas, y la empresa obtendrá más ventas y ganancias. Se llegó a las conclusiones que los servicios de calidad que se llevan a cabo en Almacenes la Ganga, no es sólo una estrategia, de cómo ser cortés, amable, demostrar una sonrisa, sino hacer que el cliente se siente satisfecho de la atención que le brindan, para así obtener buenos resultados. Que la Gestión del Talento Humano incide mucho en la atención al cliente, ya que se refiere al proceso que se desarrolla e incorpora nuevos integrantes a la fuerza laboral, que además tiende y retiene a un recurso humano existente como es el cliente. Y finalmente se concluye que la actitud es la forma de actuar de una persona, que además tiene que saber escuchar y comprender, los aspectos relevantes que considera el cliente en el momento de comprar algún artículo. Se puede considerar como forma positiva la motivación que orienta la acción hacia determinados objetivos y metas. | es_ES |
