Occupational safety and health have become an essential element for the progress and well-being of workers on a global scale. This research addresses the problems in the San Jacinto Municipal GAD of Buena Fe, identifying deficiencies in regulatory compliance and occupational risk management, which puts at risk the integrity of workers and institutional operability
