| dc.description | This investigation was developed inside of the Banana farm “SAN IGNACIO” of 50 hectares, located in the canton Buena Fe, province of Los Ríos, Km. 40 via Santo Domingo, region coast, from Ecuador during the year 2014. The development of this Planning of the production process and it harvests for the grade thesis constitutes a theoretical guide and practice. The necessary information for the investigation is orderly according to the chapters that are described. In the first chapter Contextual, exposure of the investigation, includes the problem: their problematic is reflected in the first floor yield of the banana plant production. The justification, the general and specific objective and the general hypothesis, with their respective variables. In the second chapter of the searching, is exposed the different theories, for an effective and efficient development of the proposal, employee in the investigation. In the third chapter Methodology of Investigation they are described, the methods, investigation types, materials and techniques used in the investigation of this work. In the fourth chapter it is presented the results with their respective analyses and interpretation of the data obtained in the applied survey to the personnel of the banana farm “San Ignacio”, the same one that consists of 10 questions that allowed to evaluate and to look for solution to the problem and the interview to the administrator Mr. Wilson cross. In the fifth chapter they settled down the summations which were the result from the applied survey to the workers and of the interpretation and analysis of the obtained data. In bases to the summations the recommendations settled down to improve the low capacity in the Banana farm. In the sixth chapter it is the development of the proposal that it is presented been worth, to the measure in that the banana country property “San Ignacio” the planned changes are executed according to the recommendations In the seventh chapter the whole bibliography is presented used in the process of investigation of this thesis. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Esta investigación se desarrolló en la Hacienda Bananera “SAN IGNACIO” de 50 hectáreas, ubicada en el cantón Buena Fe, provincia de Los Ríos, Km. 40 vía a Santo Domingo, región costa, Ecuador durante el año 2014. El desarrollo de esta Planificación del proceso de producción y cosecha para la tesis de grado constituye una guía teórica y práctica. La información necesaria para la investigación se encuentra ordenada de acuerdo a los capítulos que se describen a continuación. En el primer capítulo Marco Contextual de la investigación, incluye el problema: su problemática se refleja en el bajo rendimiento de la producción de banano. La justificación, el objetivo general y específico y la hipótesis general, con sus respectivas variables. En el segundo capítulo Marco Teórico, se expone las diferentes teorías, para un desarrollo eficaz y eficiente de la propuesta, empleado en la investigación. En el tercer capítulo Metodología de Investigación se describen, los métodos, tipos de investigación, materiales y técnicas utilizados en la investigación de este trabajo. En el cuarto capítulo se presenta los resultados con sus respectivos análisis e interpretación de los datos obtenidos en la encuesta aplicada al personal de la hacienda bananera “San Ignacio”, la misma que consta de 10 preguntas que permitieron evaluar y buscar solución a la problemática y la entrevista al administrador Sr. Wilson cruz. En el quinto capítulo se establecieron las conclusiones las cuales fueron el resultado de la encuesta aplicada a los trabajadores y de la interpretación y análisis de los datos obtenidos. En bases a las conclusiones se establecieron las recomendaciones para mejorar la baja producción en la hacienda bananera. En el sexto capítulo se desarrolló de la propuesta que se presenta valida, en la hacienda bananera “San Ignacio” con los cambios planificados que se ejecuten según las recomendaciones. En el séptimo capítulo se presenta toda la bibliografía utilizada en el proceso de investigación de esta tesis. | es_ES |
