| dc.description | In the present investigation it was analyzed the Administrative Administration and their incidence in the Effectiveness of the Department of Credits and Collections of Warehouses the Bargain of the Canton the Connection. The objective that guided the present investigation was to know the strategies that should be applied for the improvement of the administrative administration, the investigative work it is of descriptive, documental type, because he/she allowed to be the clear information of the object to study, obtaining information of books, magazines internet, etc. was used inductive, deductive and analytic methods, with the purpose of knowing the strategies, to outline the problem and to carry out an analysis of the administrative administration. He was carried out an interview to the boss of the department of fifteen articles; in a same way, thirteen articles to interview 100 people of the environment are already employees and consumers of the Connection, and that this way to be able to know the problems that affect to the warehouse. Arriving as conclusion one could meet the different strategies that were applied for the improvement of the Administrative Administration with the purpose of to revise the administrative processes and to hire qualified personnel that it can contribute to improve the effectiveness and the execution of the politicians that it contributes to improve the sales and this way to give a better opportune yield. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | En la presente investigación se analizó la Gestión Administrativa y su incidencia en la Efectividad del Departamento de Crédito y Cobranzas de Almacenes La Ganga del Cantón El Empalme. El objetivo que orientó la presente investigación fue conocer las estrategias que se deben aplicar para el mejoramiento de la gestión administrativa, el trabajo investigativo es de tipo descriptivo, documental, porque nos permitió encontrar la información clara del objeto a estudiar, obteniendo información de libros, revistas internet, etc. Se emplearon métodos inductivo, deductivo y analítico, con el fin de conocer las estrategias, plantear el problema y realizar un análisis de la gestión administrativa. Se realizó una entrevista al jefe del departamento de quince ítems; de igual manera, trece ítems para encuestar a 100 personas del entorno ya sean empleados y consumidores del Empalme, y así de esta manera poder conocer los problemas que afectan al almacén. Llegando como conclusión se pudo conocer las diferentes estrategias que se aplicaron para el mejoramiento de la Gestión Administrativa con el fin de revisar los procesos administrativos y contratar personal capacitado que pueda contribuir a mejorar la ineficiencia y el cumplimiento de las políticas que contribuye a mejorar las ventas y así dar un mejor rendimiento oportuno. | es_ES |
