| dc.description | This research was based on conduct a feasibility study to find the feasibility for the creation of a branch of Gold's Gym in the city of Quevedo. Currently the canton de Quevedo has a population 173,575 inhabitants which makes it attractive for establishing a business. To find the viability of the feasibility study was used to conduct four studies which are: market research, technical studies, economic analysis and financial study that will give them the information necessary for decision-making. Then we will present the findings in each study. By conducting market research conducted in the canton Quevedo, indicates that 44% of respondents said that people go to a gym for health, 87% also said that if you know the chain of gyms GOLD`S GYM With the feasibility study attempts were made to find the best location of the branch of GOLD`S GYM, leaving resulted in the city center between the 12th and streets Av. The economic study was determined that for the setting up of the project is necessary to have an investment of $ 102,503.29, which will be funded at 100% for a bank loan of CFN to an interest rate of 10.5% at 5 years time. | dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación se basó en realizar un estudio de factibilidad para encontrar la viabilidad de la creación de una sucursal del GOLD´S GYM en el Cantón Quevedo. Para encontrar la viabilidad del estudio de factibilidad se recurrió a realizar cuatros estudios los cuales son: estudio de mercados, estudio técnico, estudio económico, y estudio financiero, los mismos que darán la información necesaria para la toma de decisiones. A continuación se conocerá lo encontrado en cada estudio. El estudio de mercado realizado en el cantón Quevedo, indica que el 44% de los habitantes encuestados acuden a un gimnasio por salud y el 87% manifestaron que si conocen la cadena de gimnasios GOLD`S GYM Con el estudio de factibilidad se trató de buscar la mejor ubicación para la sucursal del GOLD`S GYM, dando como resultado el centro de la ciudad, el local contara con un espacio físico de 300 metros cuadrados con dos plantas por ser una zona de suficientes espacios para el establecimiento del negocio. El estudio económico determinó que para la puesta en marcha del proyecto es necesario hacer una inversión de $ 102.503,29, los que serán financiados 100% por un préstamo bancario de la CFN a una tasa de interés del 10.5% a 5 años plazos. El proyecto generara para el primer año una utilidad de 70.593.05 aumentando los años siguientes Con el estudio financiero se obtuvo que el proyecto es viable debido a que el VAN es positivo $ 507.156,08; la TIR es de 147% y la relación beneficio costo (B/C) genera una ganancia de sesenta centavos por cada dólar invertido | es_ES |
