This thesis has been developed according to the guidelines of the exploratory and descriptive bibliographic research, having conducted the study on the current situation of the company have carried out an Internal Control preliminary program where you can view all procedures continue to obtain all information necessary for the evaluation of internal control, data were obtained through interviews, site visits, among others. | dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación: “El Control Interno y su incidencia en la gestión administrativa de la empresa de insumos agrícolas orgánicos “COMINTEGRA S.A” del cantón Ibarra en el año 2012, surge con el propósito de establecer un excelente control de los operaciones que se realizan en la empresa para comprobar si son los más eficaces y eficientes para su progreso empresarial por lo que permitió conocer las necesidades y problemas por la que atraviesa la empresa para así proponer los cambios respectivos que sirvan para dirigir la misma con eficiencia, eficacia y ayudar a que la entidad alcance todos sus objetivos y metas propuestas y así evitar peligros, y sorpresas en el camino. Esta tesis se ha desarrollado de acuerdo a las pautas de la investigación exploratoria, bibliográfica y descriptiva, después de haber realizado el estudio sobre la situación actual de la empresa he procedido a realizar un programa preliminar de Control Interno donde se puede visualizar todos los procedimientos a seguir obteniendo toda la información necesaria para la evaluación del control interno, los datos han sido obtenidos mediante la entrevista, visitas a las instalaciones, entre otros. También aplique los indicadores de gestión como un instrumento para medir la eficiencia y eficacia con la finalidad de evaluar el uso de los recursos de la empresa para saber si son bien aprovechados, así mismo aplique el cuestionario de control interno con sus cinco componentes según lo establece el COSO I para comprobar el grado de cumplimiento de las disposiciones legales y examinar que procedimientos se aplican en los registros contables en la empresa Comintegra S.A. Una vez que se ha detectado todos los errores y falencias realice las conclusiones y recomendaciones del presente trabajo. | es_ES |
