| dc.description | This thesis on the theme “Environmental crime and promoting citizen participation", whose objective was to raise a proposed amendment to Article 10 of the Law on Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution, performed the thesis plan and methodological issues and regulations established by Quevedo State Technical University, Faculty of Law. The selection of reading material, let me make the theoretical framework while I did a historical, doctrinal and legal and jurisprudence, law comparative analysis of the subject matter and formulate hypotheses to guide field research, a study was conducted law in which it is determined the need to reform the art. 10 of the Law on Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution. | dc.description.abstract | La presente tesis de grado cuyo tema es “Delitos Ambientales y el Fomento de la Participación Ciudadana”, cuyo objetivo fue plantear una propuesta de reforma al Art. 10 de la Ley de Control y Prevención de la Contaminación Ambiental, se realizó el plan de tesis y sus puntos metodológicos y las disposiciones reglamentarias establecidas por la Universidad Técnica Estatal de Quevedo, Facultad de Derecho. La selección del material bibliográfico, me permitió realizar el marco teórico a la vez realicé un análisis histórico, doctrinario y jurídico y jurisprudencial, de derecho comparado, del tema investigado y formular la hipótesis a fin de orientar la investigación de campo; se realizó un estudio jurídico en el cual se determina la necesidad de reformar el art. 10 de la Ley de Prevención y Control de la Contaminación Ambiental. La Investigación de campo en base de encuestas a los ciudadanos y ciudadanas y abogados en libre ejercicio profesional del Cantón Quevedo con los datos obtenidos se llegó a determinar la necesidad de reformar el art. 10 de la Ley de Prevención y Control de la Contaminación Ambiental. Se describe la metodología; el diseño de la investigación; las conclusiones y recomendaciones; la propuesta en la cual se realiza la exposición de motivos por los cuales es necesario reformar el art.10 de la Ley de Prevención y Control de la Contaminación Ambiental | es_ES |
