| dc.description | This research was conducted at the farm "Six Brothers" Canton Good Faith, Los Rios Province. This research was developed through interviews and direct surveys of the owner and workers that helped to determine the current status of the farm. According to the results of research it conducted it was concluded that the farm lacked a strategic plan, which prevented this from developing properly. Regarding strategies were designed for each department of the farm especially for administrative and production area, then the design of structural organization was held, this is what made vertically, considering the organizational size of the estate, in which clearly distinguishes the hierarchical level. Once the structural organization designed manual functions for each of the departments, focusing on the activities performed by employees of the same was prepared. Its directional basis as mission and vision were also determined, to help you see where you are going. Conclusions and recommendations, which were obtained after having performed the research analysis is then carried out. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación se realizó en la finca agrícola “Seis Hermanos” Cantón Buena fe, Provincia de Los Ríos. Este trabajo de investigación se desarrolló mediante entrevistas y encuestas directas aplicadas al propietario y trabajadores lo que ayudó a determinar la situación actual de la finca. Según los resultados obtenidos de la investigación realizada se pudo concluir que la finca carecía de un plan estratégico, lo cual impedía que esta se desarrolle adecuadamente. En cuanto a las estrategias se diseñaron para cada departamento de la finca especialmente para el área administrativa y productiva, luego se realizó el diseño del organigrama estructural, éste se lo realizó de forma vertical, considerando el tamaño organizacional de la finca, en el cuál se distingue claramente el nivel jerárquico. Una vez diseñado el organigrama estructural se elaboró el manual de funciones para cada uno de los departamentos, enfocándose en las actividades que realizan los trabajadores de la misma. También se determinaron sus bases direccionales como misión y visión, que le ayudaran a ver hacia donde se dirige.
