| dc.description | The present research work Administrative management of medium-sized agricultural enterprises in the Valencia canton is important because it will allow companies to have an excellent administration. For the elaboration of this work a SWOT was carried out giving the current situation of the company. In such a way that the contextual framework of the research project was developed, where they were taken into account: the objectives, problems, and justification. However, in the theoretical framework, the topics and sub-themes that have to do with the investigation of this work are concepts such as: Administrative management, importance, administrative functions, planning, organization, direction, control, companies, types of companies, etc. For the implementation of the research work methods, types, designs were implemented, all with the help of primary and secondary sources, research instruments, and data processing. Meanwhile, the results obtained through the surveys carried out in the medium-sized agricultural enterprises of Canton Valencia revealed that they do not carry out a vision, mission, organizational structure, control norms, manual of functions which entails to elaborate a proposal to improve the management In these companies. Consequently, the conclusions and recommendations that were obtained after having analyzed the results were made. The bibliographical sources support the concepts and definitions, the form of the surveys, photographs and name of the companies with respective numbers of hectares and location in each of the precincts of said locality are attached. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación Gestión administrativa de medianas empresas agropecuarias del cantón Valencia, es de importancia porque le permitirá a las compañías tener una excelente administración. Para la elaboración de este trabajo se realizó un FODA dando a conocer la situación actual de la empresa. De tal manera que se desarrolló el marco contextual del proyecto de investigación, donde se tomaron en cuenta: los objetivos, problemáticas, y justificación. Sin embargo en el marco teórico se encuentra los temas y subtemas que tienen que ver con la investigación de este trabajo siendo conceptos como: Gestión administrativa, importancia, funciones administrativa, planeación, organización, dirección, control, empresas, tipos de empresas etc. Para la implementación del trabajo de investigación se empelaron métodos, tipos, diseños, todo esto con la ayuda de las fuentes primarias y secundarias, instrumentos de investigación, y tratamiento de datos. Mientras tanto los resultados obtenidos por medio de las encuestas ejecutadas en las medianas empresas agropecuarias del cantón Valencia dieron a conocer que no realizan visión, misión, estructura organizacional, normas de control, manual de funciones lo que conllevo a elaborar una propuesta para mejorar la gestión administrativas en estas empresas. Por consiguiente se efectuaron las conclusiones y recomendaciones que se obtuvieron luego de haber analizado los resultados. Las fuentes bibliográficas sustentan los conceptos y definiciones, se anexa el formulario de las encuestas, fotografías y nombre de las empresas con respectivos números de hectáreas y ubicación en cada uno de los recintos de dicha localidad. | es_ES |
