Gestión administrativa y financiera y su relación con el incremento de la rentabilidad en la asociación nacional de exportadores de cacao en la ciudad de Quevedo, periodo 2011-2012

| dc.description | TThis research was conducted at the National Cocoa Exporters Association what the purpose of analyzing the administrative and financial management and its relationship to increased profitability in the city of Quevedo, 2011-2012. A diagnosis of the situation of the Association was conducted to determine the causes and effects of the problem, objectives and hypothesis development research is clearly defined. His theoretical framework is based on several definitions and concepts related to the topic authors studied. Its legal basis is based on state laws and regulations that allow the proper functioning of the administrative and financial areas of the company. As methodology deductive, inductive and analytical method was used to develop field research, documentary and descriptive, choosing as technical interview and survey using questionnaires and applied to the entire population that make up the Association. | dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación se desarrolló en la Asociación Nacional de Exportadores de Cacao con el propósito de analizar la gestión administrativa y financiera y su relación con el incremento de la rentabilidad en la ciudad de Quevedo, periodo 2011-2012. Se realizó un diagnóstico de la situación de la Asociación para determinar las causas y efectos del problema, se definió claramente los objetivos e hipótesis para el desarrollo la investigación. Su marco teórico está basado en definiciones y conceptos de varios autores relacionados con el tema estudiado. Su base legal está fundamentada en leyes y reglamentos del estado que permiten el correcto funcionamiento en el área administrativa y financiera de la empresa. Como metodología se utilizó el método deductivo, inductivo y analítico, desarrollando una investigación de campo, documental y descriptiva, escogiendo como técnica la entrevista y encuesta mediante la utilización de cuestionarios aplicándolos a toda la población que integran la Asociación. Como resultados esperados en la investigación se determinó qué procesos de gestión administrativa ejecuta la empresa para el desenvolvimiento de sus actividades, se realizó un análisis de sus estados financieros utilizando los indicadores financieros de liquidez, endeudamiento, capital de trabajo y rentabilidad, se definió cada una de sus actividades económicas para conocer cuáles de ellas es o no rentable y qué estrategias administrativas y financieras deberían aplicar dentro de la empresa que a su vez contribuyan en la toma de decisiones. | es_ES |
