| dc.description | The Check as a legal instrument of purchase and payments in the different fields of commerce has its main action and benefit which is manifested by the fact that people do not carry cash. From very old times, the merchants saw the need to have an instrument that allows them to face their commercial needs and at the same time make continuity in the different businesses that were carried out. However, its use has not been perfected legally, which is why it is necessary to deepen in juridically regulating important aspects about utilization, payments and issuance of post dated checks that are the ones with the highest circulation. The law of check penalizes those who issue post dated checks with fines, however this is the document that is most commonly used commercially in the exchange of goods and services. The commercial advantages are many and the merchants who use this instrument see in it better investment opportunities. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El Cheque como instrumento jurídico de compra y pagos en los diferentes campos del comercio tiene su principal accionar y beneficio el cual se manifiesta por el hecho de las personas de no portar dinero efectivo. Desde épocas muy antiguas, los comerciantes vieron la necesidad de contar con un instrumento que les permita hacer frente a sus necesidades comerciales y a la vez hacer de él continuidad en los diferentes negocios que se llevaban a cabo. Sin embargo su utilización no se ha perfeccionado jurídicamente por lo que es necesario profundizar en normar jurídicamente aspectos importantes sobre utilización, pagos y, emisión de cheques pos datado que son los que mayor circulación tienen. La ley de cheque penaliza con multas a los que emiten cheques pos datados sin embargo éste es el documento que comercialmente más se utiliza en los intercambios de bienes y servicios. Las ventajas comerciales son muchas y, los comerciantes que utilizan este instrumento ven en él mejores oportunidades de inversión. | es_ES |
