| dc.description | With the creation of a center of education of the language kichwa in the city of Quevedo province of The Rivers, there is sought to give an additional and effective contribution to the modern professional who looks for any competitive advantage before the competition(competence) in the Ecuador, since if the professional knows and dominates the language kichwa, practically the doors open themselves for the interrelationship and trade with the approximate one 2 ' 500.000 of persons kichwa speaking of the interandean region and emigrant aborigens for the coast and Tortoises, and the nearby one of 15 million in America of the south by which the work is better(best) remunerated and the opportunities are major. The project that appears, is orientated to the creation of a center of study of the language kichwa (language of intercultural interrelationship of the peoples (villages) and nationalities of the Ecuador In the city Quevedo the small and medium companies are the engine of the economy, constitute a fundamental source (fountain) of working places, generate managerial spirit and innovation, for this reason, they are vital to promote the competitiveness and the employment. The study center will be focused entirely on the teaching of Quechua language, in order to rescue, raise awareness and identity through cultural importance of the language. It will comply with all quality standards, will be welcome to all the legal, proper permits, among others. The general aim (lens) that appeared for this investigation (research) was; Quevedo realizes a study of feasibility for the creation of a center of study of the language kichwa in the canton (corner). | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Con la creación de un centro de enseñanza del idioma kichwa en la ciudad de Quevedo, provincia de Los Ríos, se busca dar un aporte adicional y eficaz al profesional moderno que busca cualquier ventaja competitiva ante la competencia en el Ecuador, ya que si el profesional conoce y domina el idioma kichwa, prácticamente se abren las puertas a la interrelación y comercio con un aproximado 2´500.000 de personas kichwa hablantes de la región interandina e indígenas migrantes de la costa y Galápagos en el Ecuador, y un cercano de 15 millones en América del sur por lo cual el trabajo es mejor remunerado y las oportunidades son mayores. El proyecto que se plantea, se orienta a la creación de un centro de estudio del idioma kichwa (lengua de interrelación intercultural de los pueblos y nacionalidades del Ecuador), que tendrá una infraestructura adecuada, equipos e implementos de última tecnología para la enseñanza- aprendizaje del idioma antes mencionado. En el cantón Quevedo las pequeñas y medianas empresas son el motor de la economía, constituyen una fuente fundamental de puestos de trabajo, generan espíritu empresarial e innovación, por ello, son vitales para promover la competitividad y el empleo. El centro de estudio estará orientado en su totalidad a la enseñanza del idioma kichwa, con la finalidad de rescatar, aumentar y concientizar la importancia identidad cultural a través del idioma. Cumplirá con todas las normas de calidad, estará acogida a todos los marcos legales, permisos pertinentes, entre otros. El objetivo general que se planteó para esta investigación fue; Realizar un estudio de factibilidad para la creación de un centro de estudio del idioma kichwa en el cantón Quevedo. | es_ES |
