| dc.description | This thes is on the theme: "Legal Argument crime of plagiarism and its impact on the process of trial of the accused," consists of six chapters in which relevant aspects of the topic under investigation are reported. In the introduction to an analysis of the legal crime of kid napping and their impact on the process of prosecuting the accused is done, the problem areas are identified, the general and specific objectives, hypotheses, independent and dependent variables are described and resources are described. | dc.description.abstract | La presente tesis de grado cuyo tema es: “Argumentación Jurídica del Delito de Plagio y su Incidencia en el Proceso de Juzgamiento del Acusado”, consta de seis capítulos en los cuales se relatan aspectos relevantes sobre el tema investigado. En la Introducción se hace un análisis jurídico del delito de plagio y su incidencia en el proceso de juzgamiento del acusado, se señalan los campos problemáticos, se describe el objetivo general y los específicos, la hipótesis, las variables independientes y dependiente y, se detallan los recursos. El Marco Teórico, el cual consta de antecedentes de la Investigación, Fundamentación, Doctrina, Jurisprudencia, Legislación y Derecho Comparado en relación al tema motivo de la presente investigación, esto es la argumentación jurídica del delito de plagio y su incidencia en el proceso de juzgamiento del acusado. En la Metodología aplicada, se detallan los métodos utilizados, las técnicas aplicadas en el trabajo de campo, con la aplicación de las encuestas a los ciudadanos y ciudadanas del Cantón Quevedo, y la entrevista a un Juez y Secretario de la Unidad Penal de la Corte Provincial de Justicia de Quevedo, datosque fueron tabulados, para luego elaborar el reporte de la investigación y la comprobación de la hipótesis planteada.
