| dc.description | The Parish The Guayas originate was a port, where the farmers of the north area arrived transporting their agricultural products to animals loin and others in rafts, their main products have been: coffee, cocoa, bananas, yucca, rice, corn, etc., making their business transactions in the same port; since an incipient highway that drove to the enclosure in that time existed “The Empalme” today the urban parish Velasco Ibarra that this highway united in this intersection where it passed the highway Quevedo, Balzar, Guayaquil and Portoviejo. As we see that when passing of the times they were improving the roads and the public institutions as private and among them the Parish The Guayas, what has rebounded in the progress of the same one; now improving primarily in what concerns on the tourist one, and in the same way the agriculture and the cattle raising products that it is traded in the cantonal head of the in their majority “The Empalme.” The location of the Parish The Guayas is good in the case of tourism, since bill with a circuit vial under good conditions, from the urban parish Velasco Ibarra to the parish the Guayas where we meet with the river Congo that crosses the same one; with its transparent and gentle waters, especially in the station summer, for that he/she makes favorable the concurrence of tourists or visitors to dive in its warm waters to exception of the winter time that the waters become cloudy. The utilized tools to carry out this study were: he interviews direct to the President of the Parochial Meeting, ocular inspection with photographic camera, dialogue with certain people of the parish and realized survey to the population and tourists, also in the realization of the field work, one observes the most outstanding institutions as the School Pueblo Nuevo, School U.S, medical Clinic governed by the MSP, Position Police safe-deposit citizen, etc. Also exists a Church and a means park in the heart of the parish, the same one that gives a visual attractiveness to the city. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La Parroquia La Guayas originariamente era un puerto, donde llegaban los agricultores de la zona norte transportando sus productos agrícolas a lomo de acémilas y otros en balsas, sus productos principales han sido: café, cacao, plátano, yuca, arroz, maíz, etc., haciendo sus transacciones mercantiles en el mismo puerto; ya que existía una incipiente vía que conducía hasta el recinto en ese tiempo “El Empalme” hoy la Parroquia Urbana Velasco Ibarra, que este camino unía en esta intersección donde pasa la carretera Quevedo, Balzar, Guayaquil y a Portoviejo. Como se ve que al pasar de los tiempos se fueron mejorando las vías y las instituciones públicas como privadas y entre ellas la Parroquia La Guayas, lo que ha repercutido en el progreso de la misma; ahora está mejorando primordialmente en lo que respecta al sector turístico, y del mismo modo la agricultura y la ganadería productos que en su mayoría son comercializados en la cabecera cantonal de “El Empalme”.La ubicación de la Parroquia La Guayas es buena en el caso de turismo, ya que cuenta con un circuito vial en buenas condiciones, desde la parroquia urbana Velasco Ibarra a la Parroquia La Guayas, en donde se encuentra el Río Congo, que atraviesa la misma; con sus aguas transparentes y apacibles, especialmente en la estación veranera, por lo que hace propicia la concurrencia de turistas o visitantes para sumergirse en sus cálidas aguas a excepción de la época invernal que las aguas se vuelven turbias. Las herramientas utilizadas para realizar este estudio fueron: entrevista directa al Presidente de la Junta Parroquial, inspección ocular con cámara fotográfica, diálogo con personas de la parroquia y encuesta efectuada a la población y turistas, también en la ejecución del trabajo de campo, se observó las instituciones más relevantes como el Colegio Pueblo Nuevo, Escuela EE.UU, Dispensario Médico regentado por el MSP, Retén Policial de seguridad ciudadana, etc. También existe una Iglesia y un Parque Central en el corazón de la Parroquia, la misma que le da un atractivo visual a la urbe. | es_ES |
