| dc.description | The feasibility study was implemented for the purpose of determining the feasibility of the creation of a pharmacy in the canton, Pichincha, in the province of Manabí, to effect a study of market supply and demand for pharmaceuticals in the canton, similarly established a technical study for more convenient for creating requirements and finally determined the return on investment through the financial study. To collect information, both primary and secondary it, resorted to methods, techniques and instruments of research, which allowed to interpret and analyse information obtained through surveys 370 inhabitants of the sector and 10 administrators of pharmacies in the canton of Pichincha. The analysis of the results allowed to determine the feasibility of building the business, where affordable percentages that infer that it is cost-effective to implement a pharmacy in the mentioned sector, it also has characteristics appropriate for its operation and business development were obtained. The results achieved through the technical study determined that the size of the market and place with indispensable factors for building the business in the canton, Pichincha, also economic study indicated that to create the pharmacy you need a capital of $38.957,00. Administrative expenses amounted to $51.290,43, in the first year. An annual sale of $391.584,72 and an estimated growth of 5% for each year is projected. The net present value (VAN), retrieved was of $71.736,15, this conjugate value with the TIR (58,43%) shows the profitability of the business, which makes it feasible and convenient creation of the pharmacy in the canton of Pichincha. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | El estudio de factibilidad se lo implementó con el propósito de determinar la viabilidad de creación de una farmacia en el cantón Pichincha, provincia de Manabí, para efecto se realizó un estudio de mercado a la oferta y demanda de productos farmacéuticos en el cantón, del mismo modo se estableció un estudio técnico para conocer los requerimientos más convenientes para la creación y por último se determinó la rentabilidad de la inversión a través del estudio financiero. Para recopilar información, tanto primaria como secundaría, se recurrieron a los métodos, técnicas e instrumentos de investigación, los cuales permitieron interpretar y analizar la información obtenida a través de las encuestas a 370 moradores del sector y 10 administradores de farmacias del cantón Pichincha. El análisis de los resultados permitió determinar la factibilidad de creación del negocio, en donde se obtuvieron porcentajes asequibles que deducen que sí es rentable implantar una farmacia en el sector mencionado, además posee las características apropiadas para su funcionamiento y desarrollo comercial. Los resultados alcanzados a través del estudio técnico determinaron que el tamaño del mercado y el lugar con factores indispensables para establecer el negocio en el cantón Pichincha, además el estudio económico indicó que para crear la farmacia se necesita un capital de $ 38.957,00. Los gastos administrativos ascienden a $ 51.290,43, en el primer año. Se proyecta una venta anual de $ 391.584,72 y un crecimiento estimado del 5% por cada año.
