    The research was carried out at the Campus "La María" via Mocache belonging to the State Technical University of Quevedo. The objective of this work was to evaluate the quality of Tabebuia rosea (Bertol.) plants at the nursery level with different doses of organic fertilizer. The Biol of rabbit manure in the growth of the plants, since in this stage the plants have the capacity to absorb 50% of the nutritive substances. A completely randomized block design was established with 6 treatments and 3 repetitions using two organic biols with concentrations of 0ml, 5ml and 10ml, obtaining 270 Tabebuia rosea plants, morphological and physiological parameters used are Height (H); Diameter (D); Lignification Index (IL); Robustness Index (IR); Biomass Proportionality Index (IPB) and the Dickson Quality Index (ICD). The main objective was to know which fertilizer and dose is better in the growth and development of the plant where we obtained good results in Biol 1 with a concentration of 5ml in both height and diameter, the averages obtained were 19.88 cm and 3.82 mm. Within the plant quality indices it showed us that the robustness index the highest average was 5.89%, in the lignification index the best result gave us 31.71%.
